Caitlin O’Ryan is an actor and poet originally from Greater Manchester and now based in London. She has headlined several of London’s biggest spoken word nights and has been commissioned by the likes of Refuge, Amnesty International and British Heart Foundation. Her poem ‘At What Point’ has amassed over 18million views online and culminated in her being invited onto BBC Woman’s Hour.
She released her debut poetry collection by the same title, ‘AT WHAT POINT’, in July 2025 and has been touring it around the country.
The book includes viral poems: ‘Why Did You Stay?’, ‘Questions To My Conscience’, ‘Ode De Toilette’ and ‘At What Point?’
Her poetry is vulnerable, confronting and extremely relatable.
